Book a Tour | Robin’s Place ChildCare in Mesa

Come See Why Families Choose Robin’s Place

Choosing the right childcare provider begins with seeing the space, meeting the people, and feeling the environment. At Robin’s Place ChildCare, we invite you to schedule a personal tour so you can explore our facility, observe classrooms in action, and ask questions about our programs and philosophy.

We know that trusting someone with your child’s care is deeply personal. That’s why our tours are warm, informative, and pressure-free. You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of who we are and how we can support your child’s early years.

What You’ll Experience on Your Tour

During your visit, you’ll get a firsthand look at what makes Robin’s Place different. Our tour includes:

1. Guided Walkthrough of the Facility

  • Infant, toddler, preschool, and school-age classrooms

  • Outdoor play areas

  • Meal and nap areas

  • Drop-off and pick-up zones

  • Classroom layouts and learning stations

  • Cleanliness and safety features

Each space is purposefully designed to foster learning, independence, and inclusion — all while ensuring safety and comfort.

 2. Meet the Founders and Staff

  • Talk directly with Erin and Robert, our experienced leadership team

  • Meet classroom teachers and ask questions about their qualifications and approach

  • Learn how we support children of all abilities, including those with IEPs or special needs

  • Ask about schedules, staff ratios, behavior guidance, and daily routines

We believe relationships are at the heart of childcare, and our team is committed to building trust from the very first meeting.

3. Learn About Programs & Enrollment

  • Age groups served: infants (0–1 year), toddlers (1–2 yrs), preschool (3–5 years), school-age (0–12 years)

  • Flexible scheduling: full-day, part-day, and before/after school care

  • Transportation availability for school-age programs

  • Tuition, DES subsidy acceptance, and available spots by age group

  • What to expect on your child’s first day

We’ll provide you with printed or emailed enrollment forms and a checklist of everything needed to start the process.

Why Book a Tour?

We encourage every family to visit before enrolling. Seeing the real environment where your child will learn, play, and grow is essential to making an informed decision.

A tour allows you to:

  • Observe the culture and tone of each classroom

  • Get answers to questions about schedules, discipline, food, and communication

  • Understand how our staff communicates with parents

  • See how children engage with materials, teachers, and one another

  • Decide if the atmosphere aligns with your family’s values and needs

It also gives us the opportunity to learn more about your child — their strengths, routines, preferences, and any support they may need.

 Preparing for Your Visit

To get the most out of your tour, we recommend:

  • Bringing a list of your top questions (we’re happy to answer them all)

  • Letting us know in advance if your child has any specific needs or an IEP

  • Visiting during hours your child would typically attend, so you can see the environment in action

  • Asking to observe specific age groups if you have more than one child

You’re welcome to bring your child to the tour. We love meeting future students and seeing their reactions to the space.
